I have no issue recommending Kaushal Jhaveri to anyone requiring migration services. My first dealings with Kaushal was to transfer my 457 visa from one employer to another (I changed employers), the documents were submitted on the Friday and by the Monday the transfer was finalized (1 day turnaround unheard of right?)I have just recently obtained my PR status in Australia through the 186 TRT program. Kaushal was on top of things right from the get go, he left no stone un-turned ensuring all documents were provided and correct. We submitted the nomination and visa on 20th December without my UK police check and medical as we were going to submit these later but the nomination was approved 30 Jan 2020 (very quickly) and a S56 issued requesting my police report and medical. We submitted this information and 4 months later I was approved.
Kaushal, Thank you for your professionalism and expertise in assisting my family and I with processing our visa's. You certainly went over and beyond which is extremely appreciated. Your service has been beyond 7 star - Thank you!
We approached Mr. Jhaveri 6 years ago for a business sponsor visa and have lodged a number of different visas since, all of which have been granted.
His approach, personalised services and fees cannot be compared.
We lodged parent contributory visas for my parents and they had a hiccup when transiting India due to some confusion in their visas. Unfortunately it was during the Easter break and we could not get hold of any official at the airport. Mr. Jhaveri managed to liaise with the Australian migration officials and got my parents temporary contributory visas granted within 2 days (which would have otherwise taken 6 months).
I cannot recommend his services highly enough. From our experience with him over the years, I can definitely say that he will go above and beyond to assist in your visas.
Great Service and made it really easy throughout my visa application. Highly recommended.
Professional and quick in response even when he is oversea!
We have approached Horizon Australasia multiple times seeking migration advice/assistance. Mr.Kaushal Jhaveri was appointed as the migration agent in assisting my employer and myself for obtaining a employer sponsored visa.
In 2016, he helped us lodge a 457 nomination application along with the visa applications which was quite a complicated process but he guided us correctly at every step of the way. After the change in laws early 2017, we were directly affected as our visa was in processing at the time but Kaushal's constant research and knowledge helped us get a direction and move towards a favourable outcome. He was quite pro-active and kept us updated throughout the waiting process including being in touch with the Immigration department in getting updates.
Recently in March 2019, Kaushal assisted again in applying for a renewal of our 457 visa (now TSS 482 visa) wherein the nomination application was rejected by the Immigration department on grounds which seemed quite unreasonable even though all the required documents were provided. He took up the challenge in trying to figure out a solution and researched through various social networking portals and contacted a number of people who had experienced similar outcomes. Knowing all efforts may be pointless, he contacted the Immigration department and was persistent in making them understand they had made an error in their decision. His well researched arguments and facts were considered by the department and they accepted his request for a review soon after which the refusal decision was vacated and the 482 nomination application was approved. Again he was extremely proactive in chasing the department for an outcome as they were keeping the decision pending for long with no given time frame. This was a big relief for us as we had had lost all hope and were preparing to leave Australia soon. Currently he is assisting us with the 482 visa applications.
In a few months we would be eligible to apply for permanent residency via Temporary Transition Stream and without doubt we would approach Horizon Australasia for their assistance.
Highly recommend their services for any migration matters/advice.
